How does porta potty rental work from booking to pickup?
Porta potty rental in Edmond has six steps: get a quote, book and pay, prepare the spot, receive delivery, get weekly cleaning on longer rentals, and request pickup. Event units arrive the day before and are picked up the next business day. Jobsite units stay until you call for pickup.
What do I need to book a porta potty?
Booking a porta potty needs six details: the delivery address or ZIP, the delivery date, the pickup date or rental length, the unit type, the number of guests or workers, and a phone number. With those, we give one itemized price and hold the date once payment is made.
Payment is by credit or debit card. Businesses can set up an invoice account. Drivers do not collect payment. Not sure of the count? Use the porta potty calculator first, and check every fee in the cost guide. Need it today? See same-day delivery.
How should I prepare the spot for delivery?
The delivery spot should be flat, firm and within about 15 feet of where a truck can park, with no low wires or branches overhead. Mark it with a cone, chair or flag. A standard unit needs 4 feet of clear gate width to reach a backyard, and the full unit is never carried back through a yard.
- Share gate codes, dogs in the yard and where to park.
- Move cars from the driveway edge the night before.
- After Edmond storms, pick a paved or gravel spot; red clay stays soft for days.
- Face the door away from the street or toward the party.
What happens on delivery day?
On delivery day, the driver calls about 30 minutes before arriving, sets the unit level on your marked spot, stakes it if the ground is open and windy, and texts a photo when done. Delivery runs between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Nobody needs to be home.
How are porta potties cleaned and restocked?
Each porta potty service visit has five steps: pump out the waste tank, scrub the seat, urinal and walls, add fresh deodorizing charge to the tank, refill toilet paper and sanitizer, and check the door and latch. Rentals longer than a week get this service once a week, included in the price.
Extra visits cost $65. Busy summer jobsites in Edmond often add a second weekly visit because heat speeds up odor.
How do I extend the rental or request pickup?
To extend a porta potty rental, call or text before the pickup date; event rentals can move to a 28-day plan any time. To end a jobsite rental, call or text for pickup. We pick up within 2 business days, and billing stops on the pickup day. Event units are picked up automatically.
